Jodi is an excellent agent. She responds quickly to text and email and can almost always take a call. Jodi can usually help a buyer see a place they're interested in within a day or two. She is very flexible to make showings, get document signings taken care of quickly and effortlessly which takes a lot of the pain out of home buying. Finally, Jodi is very patient. It took almost a year and a couple offers that didn't work out to find a home that was right for me, but I eventually finally bought it with Jodi's help. I can't ask for more than that.
