I chose Jodi Albright over a couple of other Realtor's when considering the speed I wanted selling this property. Overall, the sales went much faster than I expected and communication with the showing process went unusually quick. The final process of closing the agreement came with many issues with the buyer and the buyer's Realtor. Jodi did a magnificent job focusing through these issues to make sure the sale would happen as laid out in the original sales agreement. Jodi was a good choice with such a dynamic real estate market which we were in at the time of this sale. I have bought and sold 11 different properties in the last 43 years, the first one also with Cressy and Everett Real Estate. This one will be my last and truly wish Jodi and the entire team the best of luck going forward.

I am a graduate student and a first time homebuyer and I was recommended to Jodi by a colleague, who was also a first time homebuyer. She is definitely the person to go to if this is your first time. I asked a lot of questions and she was kind and patient with me.
