Jodi was great! My buying process was drawn out (through no fault of hers) with a lot of moving parts and she helped me stay in touch with the seller and down payment assistance program. As a first time buyer, I had done my research but every experience was still new and nerve wracking, and Jodi did a great job of letting me know what to expect. As a first time home buyer, Jodi did a great job of explaining all of the steps of purchasing a home, something that was initially very overwhelming. When I came to tour properties in person, she did an excellent job of explaining the area, giving her thoughts and suggestions, and learning and adapting to my needs and preferences. I cannot speak highly enough about experience with Jodi. I am an introvert who normally does not like phone or video interactions, but she was very pleasant and friendly throughout the months long process of finding a home and made me feel very comfortable with her. Additionally, she was great at always being available by phone, video, text, or email.

I cannot say enough about Jodi. She was an invaluable asset to me as I made my way through the home buying process for the first time. She was born and raised locally, so she knew the ins-and-outs of the South Bend area. She did an excellent job at honing in on what I was looking for in a home. Jodi was very flexible with my schedule, which is rather busy as a graduate student, and often showed me homes on short notice due to the current housing market conditions. The home I ultimately purchased was brought to my attention by Jodi after she spoke with another realtor in her office over lunch. This truly showed me that she was doing everything in her power to get me into the home of my dreams. Once we had an offer accepted, Jodi made the negotiation and closing processes very easy. Every deadline that I had to meet and materials that needed to be submitted were outlined by Jodi well in advance, which allowed me to complete tasks early and close inside of 30 days. I could not have purchased my home without Jodi's guidance. I would highly recommend her to any friends, family, or acquaintances.
