My husband and I worked with Laurie. We live in the Philadelphia area, so we were worried that finding a house in Indiana would be very difficult. Laurie was terrific in helping us. She consistently provided us with listings in our target area. Laurie was very responsive when we expressed interest in several houses. When we came to town, she arranged for several showings and was very knowledgeable in the area. Our offer and subsequent closing happened without a hitch! I really liked Billie. She was professional and knowledgeable about the house-buying process. She DID tell me that she was not super knowledgeable about my area (Goshen) which I was ok with because she said she would show me houses wherever I wanted and whenever. And most of the time, she did. However, there were a couple of times when I wanted to look at a house and I had to wait a day because she couldn't do it. I think this was mostly because she was so far away. If I had to do it again, I think I would have just picked a local agent. That's not anything against Billie. Again, she's great. I just wish she were local.
