I didn't know anything about her previously, but she ended up being better than I ever could have possibly hoped! She was an angel! Megan went above and beyond what you would expect of any agent - she was eternally patient and helpful in the process and helped with the numerous questions I (and my parents) had about the process. She made herself available at odd hours to answer questions and accompany me to open houses to ensure we found my perfect house. Megan has an incredible foresight to give her clients information they didn't even know they needed, and I am so appreciative of her ongoing help! I feel like I could never say enough about Megan - she put herself out there to help me through every step of the process and made it as easy as possible. She has endless knowledge and connections with different South Bend vendors to help with everything from gutter guards to garage door installation. I wouldn't have been able to do this without her! I would highly recommend Megan Bilderback to anyone buying a house, but especially those first-time homebuyers like myself.
