Miya was amazing at helping me purchase my home. I initially was contacted by her back in January and she did a great job of keeping me posted on listings as the time came to get serious about purchasing. She was always so quick to schedule bookings and work around my remote schedule! She As a first-time homebuyer, in addition to being a remote homebuyer, Miya had her work cut out for her in coaching me through the process. Being new to Indiana, it was also important for me to have a realtor who was familiar with the area and understand what I was looking for. My situation was unique and Miya really took care of understanding my goals and helping me reach them! Even when issues arose during closing, she was so quick and efficient to solve the problem and move the purchase forward. After the purchase, she also was quick to recommend any help I needed on the house (i.e., cleaning services, etc.) I look forward to keeping in touch with Miya as she has been a constant form of advice, guidance, and all around good energy throughout what could usually be a stressful homebuying experience! She was so fast to respond to every question. Over the weekend, early in the morning, or late at night I would reach out to her worried about some part of the process and she was so quick to respond and coach me through it patiently and kindly. She did a wonderful job when the sellers left things in the house during our final walkthrough of figuring out and negotiating how to resolve the situation so that we wouldn't have to delay closing.

I visited the Cressy & Everett website and requested to speak with someone regarding support for selling my home. Miya contacted me right away and set up a meeting. Miya was very knowledgeable and thorough when reviewing the process. She offered lots of valuable insight perspective and was very resourceful. I needed to find a quality contractor to complete some repairs and she was spot on with her referral. The contractor got my repairs done and helped me to avoid a big disaster. With Miya's help, I was able to get my house ready and listed sooner than I had planned. After listing, we received offers with hours. Miya was up early...and some days worked late sharing information and answering my questions. Experienced; professional and caring. Thanks to Miya, this process was unbelievably smooth. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their real-estate needs. Miya works fast and efficient. She is thorough and excellent at communicating. She prepared me for every step in this process and that was priceless to me. I can't say enough good things about her work during this process. She was absolutely excellent from start to finish. She even followed up with me after the sell to make sure I was ok. No complaints regarding the resources who helped her. We are very happy with the results. Miya Bishop set a standard for what we now expect from an agent. Next time we need help buying or selling...we're calling Miya.
