Mike Barber couldn't have done a better job in every way possible. He was extremely knowledgeable, always ontime, and very patient with me. He took the time to help me find the right house. He didn't just want me to get a random house that I would later be unhappy with; he wanted me to find the house I would love for years to come. He was always patient with me: even when I backed out of a sale at the last second due to concerns of cell phone tower radiation (was about 50 feet from the house LOL). Mike would answer the phone for me @ 11:00PM on a saturday (consistently) if I needed to get ahold of him with questions, concerns; that meant a lot to me. 10/10 ... I could not have asked for a better Real-Estate Agent. He also has very good connections in the lending industry, and suggested I get a USDA loan (no money down), which helped me IMMENSELY. I don't have much to compare him to; but I would never go through another real estate Agent other than Mike Barber, if I didn't have to. Call Mike Barber if you're looking for a top notch real estate agent. You will not be disappointed.

I had talked with Mike on a couple of occasions, and when I was finally ready to find a home to purchase I reached out to Mike. He seemed to drop everything else he had to do and arranged showings for me immediately, fully understanding my need to quickly find the right home.
