In the industry that Lori Johnston is in, critical skills definitely include a professional, well developed interpersonal skill set adjunctive to knowledge and development of trust, and from the first time my wife and I conducted business with her, those attributes were readily recognized - and appreciated. Contracting with her as both a Buyer's Agent and subsequently a Seller's Agent proved highly effective in the outcomes we achieved. At the end of the day, we needed the best deal we could get in the market on purchase - and we achieved that. We subsequently wanted the best deal we could get on sale, and achieved that as well. I highly recommend Lori Johnston. Based on our experience, she must be the best realtor in the area. She helped us buy our dream home and sell our original house in only 2 days. Lori understands the local Real Estate market well and was very proactive in suggesting properties to look at. We spoke with several who offered no help at all. It took us a while to find our home but she never was inpatient or frustrated with us. She was always friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. She helped us through a very difficult buying transaction that took several weeks and always kept on top of all issues to make sure they were solved. She seemed to know someone to help us with any need that we had for both homes. Lori really went above and beyond in all that she did. I can't imagine why anyone would use any other realtor but LORI JOHNSTON!
