Heather was amazing EVERY step of the way. We had been in our home for 36 years and loved it so although we knew it was time to start looking it was very emotional for us. So much about house hunting for me was looking for the perfect forever home and it took a few months to realize that not everything was gonna be perfect. We started with one thing in mind and pivoted 100% to another. Heather rolled with it in a possitive and very helpful way. We ended up buying a villa in a very sought after community. Heather supported us through the whole process from financing, appraisal and inspections. We truly leaned on her on the daily. Our villa is huge, gorgeous and absolutely our dream house that we can spend the rest of our lives in. Was it perfect? No, but no worries cause Heather has a guy for anything. Is it perfect now? 150% and even after the tweaks we are still under budget. We listed our home with her and the deal was closed in a few weeks. Heather is amazing i adore her
