"My husband and I had the need to relocate from the southwest to the Michiana area. Over the winter months we contacted several real estate agents to assist us in our online search. Several agents promised to stay in touch with listings that would meet our needs. They all failed us. In May, we arrived in the Michiana area and started to search on our own, in person. We found a listing that appealed to us, so we contacted the listing agent, Cynthia Trapp, who took time out of her Mother's Day celebration to meet us at the location for a walk through. This particular property did not meet our needs, but Cynthia was willing to help us continue our search. And that she did. She kept in touch with us every day with emails and texts providing new listings that matched our wants, desires, and needs. After using one realtor who had no showings of our home, we hired Cressy &Everett Realty in August, 2017. Their realtor, Cynthia Trapp became our dealer, and told us she would sell our home. She explained our situation well, and was sympathetic to our reluctance to leave a place we had lived in for 41 years. She guided us in the necessary preparations of the house and grounds to make it more marketable. Cynthia made sure that we were advertised on Zillow, and placed pictures of each room on that website. She arranged for many showings, and always kept us informed of the dates and times of showings and told us the results of afterwards. Cynthia sold the home in March, 2018 through another realtor hired by the buyer. She was totally understanding of my wishes to obtain the asking price even though we received a lower bid. Through some negotiating, we were able to reach agreeable terms with the buyer, and the deal wa closed on April 6th. 2018. Due to Cynthia's professionalism, understanding and empathy, I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about selling their home.

Cynthia is really a very professional yet approachable sales person who knows her profession well. She is very easy to work with, listens to and considers your concerns and addresses them up front and in a very open and easy manner to make you comfortable around her and dealing with her. I had consulted with Cynthia about the sale of the house on a previous occasion and knew by chatting with her that if anyone could sell that house for the price I wanted it would be Cynthia. She is very hard working, understands the real estate business, knows how to time a listing and understands how to treat both the seller and the buyer. She is great working with folks and no matter the issue, it is just one small issue to be solved to make the sale. She is level headed, realistic and very easy to talk with and discuss thoughts and fears. Cynthia knows how to sell and uses a number of ways to make the sale easy and finds the right buyers and treats all folks with respect and understanding. She is outstanding in understanding the best way to sell the house and is also aware of issues that could be serious, but understands how to make these problems as just 'one issue at a time and very solve-able'. She is great to work with and easy to consult with and open up with confidence on any concerns. Cynthia is very easy to work with and is open and honest and easy to talk with no matter what the issue is, she is non-judgmental no matter what the issue, she does her open and honest best to do what is best for you.
