Allen went above and beyond to help us find the property that we like in the area of our interest. He helped us a lot throughout the process in getting the things done correctly. Especially when we were the first time home buyers and was not completely knowledgeable about the process. Allen helped and made sure that we don't undersee anything. We are very happy that we choose Allen as our broker. We dont think we would have gotten our house without Allen's help. Allen worked so hard in getting the inspection responses back from the Sellers. Allen is very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. He is very patient and understanding at the same time.

Allen came highly recommended from a friend at church. It is helpful to trust the source of referral. Allen went above and beyond helping us sell the property. We were living out of state and he was the local "hands on" that we needed. He kept in close contact throughout the process. We were actually intermittently on the market over the past seven years and were getting discouraged. He talked me off the edge a couple times. He was respectful of our choices, even if they weren't what he suggested. I think the scores talk for themselves. Not sure how Allen could have improved anything as our selling agent.

It too bad other companies don't train their agents like Cressy does Allen was not able to get information from the other agent so he took it upon himself to call and get the information that we needed and kept me posted on a regular basis.
